FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When can I expect my wreath?
Each wreath is made to order. We aim to deliver within 10 days of an order being placed.
How do I pay for my wreath?
You can pay by cash or debit card when your wreath is delivered.
What size wreaths do you make?
We offer two standard sizes of 16" and 20". These measurements are the diameters of the wreaths and suit most front doors. We can make larger (or smaller wreaths). Let us know what you want and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
How long will my wreath last?
We choose only the freshest and highest quality ingredients to make your wreath and opt for robust foliage that will stay looking good for as long as possible. We also densely pack our wreaths so they continue to look sumptuous as they naturally dry out. If your wreath is kept outside it should last much longer than a vase of flowers!
How do I attach the wreath to my door?
Most of our customers use ribbon and we’re happy to provide some at no extra cost.
Why do you ask for the colour of my front door?
The colour of your door will influence the choice of foliage and other ingredients in the wreath so it looks its absolute best when welcoming visitors to your home.
Can I choose what goes in my wreath?
Our Gallery is intended to give you inspiration but every wreath is unique and made to order. You can be as specific as you like and we’ll do our best to accommodate all requests. Alternatively, if you like the element of surprise, leave it to us to make something special.
Why don’t you use floristry foam?
Floristry foam is often used by florists to make wreaths and centrepieces as it’s easy to handle, keeps flowers and foliage hydrated and easily transportable. BUT, it’s full of nasty stuff including formaldehyde and barium sulphate. It also doesn’t break down in landfill so is seriously bad for the environment.
We wire our wreaths on moss covered rings and use only natural products. It may be trickier to do but by ensuring our wreaths are sustainable and compostable, we’re being more environmentally responsible.
